Hi, I'm Gloria!

Over the last 6 years, I've helped countless women break through years of low self-esteem, by doing the opposite of what they've been taught. Why? Because the self-help world is oversaturated with noise and "quack" advice.

I am international Self-Love expert and Registered Psychotherapist based out of Toronto, Canada (eh!). 

Not only did I overcome my own low self-worth, I've also spent my entire career studying Self Love!
